Q. Do you have any testimonials for your services?
A. Yes please refer to the link on the homepage for testimonials and you can read what are customers really think of us. Most of the services we provide have received a testimonial which highlights how the services are carried out and how we leave you feeling afterwards…..which is absolutely fabulous!
Q. Is it a confidential service that you offer?
A. Yes, we are totally confidential with all your details. Our services can be carried out very discreetly if requested.
Q. I’m an above average size, can you still help me?
A. Of course! Everyone has features they should show off, regardless of age, shape, size. Don’t be put off if you are a plus size, the shops accommodate for all sizes.
Q. My wardrobe isn’t the best, I don’t want to be embarrassed?
A. If your wardrobe needs a bit of a pick me up, then even more reason to contact us! Don’t be embarrassed about anything, it’s our job to make sure you have a fantastic experience and enjoy every minute of it!
Q. Does it matter if we prefer high street fashion to designer?
A. Not at all, we cater for all budgets. The high street has a huge celebrity following, proving that you don’t need to buy designer to look good and there are shops to suit any budget, big or small. The UK high street is world class, so make the most of it!!
Q. Do you offer hair and make up, make over’s or trials?
A. No, we specialise in fashion and accessories. We will give you some tips on hair and make up that will compliment the outfits we prepare for you, but we do not offer sessions on hair and make up alone.
Q. Are the stylists easy to work with?
A. Yes, our aim is to provide a warm, friendly, down to earth approach. It is not at all an intimidating experience; it is all about your self esteem and having fun! From start to finish it’s all about you!
Q. I live outside a major town or city, is this a problem?
A. No problem, our stylists are happy to travel to certain areas within the Northwest region free of charge. If you live outside these areas we may have to charge an expense for travelling costs.
Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. Absolutely not, you pay for your consultation and service. In very few cases we may ask for travel costs.
